Studio Policies
Late Cancellation & No-Show
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class if you are unable to attend.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of class time, or failure to attend, will result in a $6 late cancel / no-show fee.
Minimum Enrollment & Class Cancellations
Because of our current class sizes, sign-ups determine whether a class can run.
If no students are registered 1–2 hours before class, Safta Yoga reserves the right to cancel the class.
If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, all registered students will be notified and will not be charged. We always aim to give as much notice as possible.
• Why sign-ups matter •
As a newer studio, our attendance is still growing, which means every sign-up truly makes a difference.
Instructors rely on registrations to know whether to commute and prepare. Your early sign-up helps us keep classes on the schedule and supports our teachers.
Workshops
All workshop purchases are final, no refunds.
Membership & Purchase Terms
Founding member policy
Founding rates were available August 1 through August 10, 2026, and that window is now closed. For members who joined during it, the founding rate remains locked in for as long as their membership stays continuously active and in good standing. If a founding member cancels for any reason, the founding rate is forfeited, and upon re-enrollment the then-current standard rate applies. The rate is non-transferable and cannot be gifted or assigned.
Auto-renewal policy
Monthly memberships auto-renew every 30 days from the original date of purchase. The renewal charge is applied to the payment method on file.
5 Class Pack policy
The 5 Class Pack is $125, which works out to $25 a class. Packs expire 3 months after the date of purchase. Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused classes expire at the end of the validity period with no extensions.
Intro offer policy
Available to first-time clients only. One per person. 3 classes for $30. Expires 1 month after the date of purchase. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
Cancellation policy
Memberships can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel, email saftastudios@gmail.com before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations received after a renewal has processed take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. You keep class access through the end of the paid period.
Member perks
All active members receive guest passes, workshop and event discounts, and member-only rates with wellness partners including massage therapy, talk therapy and acupuncture. 8-class and Unlimited members also get priority booking 14 days out instead of 7, and Unlimited members receive a free seasonal member workshop. Founding members receive all perks at their locked-in rate.
