Water, Earth
I teach the way I try to live—which is slowly, intentionally, with a lot of feeling. I'm a 500hr certified teacher, a somatic parts work guide, a ceremonialist, and a creative person who takes all of that very seriously and also not at all seriously. My classes tend to feel like something between a moving meditation and a really good exhale. I'm going to ask you to slow down and notice what's here. Whether you can let it be here. Whether you can turn toward it instead of away (even the uncomfortable parts). I think that's where the good stuff lives, and I genuinely believe all of you belongs in the room.
