Offerings

Hand with the five elements — fire, air, ether, earth, water

Fire

Fast-paced flow built to ignite internal heat & strength. Rhythmic sequences, intentional breathwork, a healthy sweat.

Ether

Open ended. A playground for practice. This class abandons all judgement, leaving room for exploration, questions, and one-on-one feedback.

Earth

Grounded, alignment based or yin-inspired practice that moves slowly and stays close to the mat. Long holds, deep stretches, stillness and surrender.

Water

A flowing sequence with dynamic transitions, shifts in orientation, and a balance of strength and softness.
